of anyone at anytime while you are with the NWICG, there will be no questions asked and you will
be asked to leave the organization.

Payment of damages will be the sole responsibility of those who have incurred the damage. Willful and malicious damage will result in a suspension from all guard activities for a time period determined
by the Executive Director of the NWICG. Any damages not

At all performances, all members of the NWICG,
staff and parents will act in accordance with professionalism and fair play. Setting
a good example is primary to becoming a successful organization.

The Executive Director of the NWICG
must approve all fundraisers. All profits are the sole property of the NWICG. Any misrepresentation of the NWICG name to secure monies will

purchases of personal equipment) will be accepted in the form of a check or money order only.
If cash must be given, a written receipt will be written. It is the sole responsibility of the guard member to make
sure that proper procedures are followed.
12. Because the NWICG is an active member of the Boy Scouts
of America, it is required that all members pay the proper membership fees to be a member of the NWICG and
each member of the organization is required to participate in all fundraising activities whether an organizational fundraiser
or individual. Fundraisers will be provided by the NWICG
Management to help defray the costs of participating in the NWICG
